Who am I and why am I so opinionated?
Well, everyone has the right to my opinion. I have learned a thing or two along the way, as a content developer, a community manager, a product manager, and strategy manager. (Lots of bossy management gigs.) All of what I've learned has come from the engineers, developers, bloggers, thought leaders, brand managers, and community members I've collaborated with.
